Returns & Refund
We hope you enjoy our products! However if you are not satisfied, please let us know via email. If it's in new and unused condition, send it back within 30 days and we will issue you a refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If an item you've purchased is damaged, send us a photo of the item, and we'll replace the damaged item with a new one at no cost.
If you are shipping a shipment over $50, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products will vary.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will credit your original method of payment within 10 days. If 10 days have passed and you haven't received your refund, please notify us.
